Day 57: Popcorn, Carrot Muffins & Pork Chops

I planned a super easy day today. I had popcorn for lunch (and a few bites of tuna) then reheated the leftover pork chops and mash from Wednesday for dinner. I did make carrot muffins for Matt’s breakfasts next week.

Tomorrow my goal tomorrow is to use up some of the veggies that are accumulating.
