Day 143: Longsilog & Soba with Crispy Tofu and Kohlrabi

Matt made longsilog with longanisa we had in the freezer. So good! We have some garlic rice leftover.

For dinner I made this recipe for sesame noodles but added crispy tofu I made. I hadn’t pressed and fried tofu in years! It was delicious.

Non-food related activities:

Applied for another puppy at a closer animal shelter.

Finished Umbrella Academy.

Read a bunch of Kindle Singles I had borrowed from Amazon. They count as books, right? Some are pretty long.
