For lunch we had leftover meatloaf on sandwiches and nectarines.
For dinner Matt grilled chicken using a version of this marinade, zucchini and rice. It’s great to have charcoal again.
We have so much leftovers between the pork and the chicken I don’t think I’ll have to do much totally from scratch cooking the next few days.
Matt made banana walnut muffins for some variety. The freezer is so full, we had to take out my ice cube tray to make room.
No real news with my mom. She’s apparently been awake briefly and has eaten a tiny bit. It’s hard to know what’s going on when you only get one short phone call a day.
