Day 215: Bossam

For lunch we heated up some Cafe Spice refrigerated meals from our Amazon Fresh order. We had the vegetable bhajias with chutney and aloo gobhi. It was good! I’d say it was takeout quality.

For dinner we had bossam with pork belly from Trader Joe’s, the leftover sesame leaves, mustard green kimchi and gojuchang glazed eggplant. I’d totally get that pork belly again, it was really tasty and easy. I never make pork belly because it is always sold in such a big slab but this made it manageable and since it was already cooked, doable on a weeknight.

We watched more Flesh and Bone on PBS. I’m not sure where they are going with this! Then we watched some of the French Agatha Christie show on Mhz.
