Day 230(!): Eggplant Dip

For lunch I made mi goreng with leftover fried chicken. While I was making lunch I roasted some eggplants to give them time to cool before dinner

For dinner we had flatbread, eggplant/feta/olive dip, mini chicken meatballs made with zhoug and bread crumbs, canned stuffed grape leaves and toum. My favorite kind of meal!

We watched Shakespeare and Hathaway on Britbox and The Unicorn on Netflix. We were pretty burnt out. Tomorrow the roofers come to redo our roof.
