Day 240: Faux Chick-fil-A

For lunch I had some frozen shrimp and Matt had leftover red beans and rice with an egg.

For dinner I roasted a huge amount of summer squash and made faux Chick-fil-a sandwiches with the Aldi red bag chicken, brioche rolls and pickles.

The estimate for the rest of the roof is insane but I don’t think we have much choice. Oy. They said it will take 4 days too.
