I ran to the post office in the morning then came home and made a quick fried rice when the leftover oyster rice dressing and turkey.
For dinner Matt made schnitzel, heated up the leftover mashed potatoes and made some Swiss chard and mushrooms. The thin pork chops were sell by Friday so we had to get them done! We also cooked up the steelhead trout which also was sell by Friday. We will make trout salad for our lunch tomorrow.
We watched Good Morning Vietnam on Netflix DVD. I hadn’t seen it before.
