For lunch I had frozen shrimp and Matt had noodles and cottage cheese. Trying to save our leftovers for dinner.
For dinner I made sautéd rapini and mushrooms over (refrigerated from Aldi) sausage ravioli. The ravioli was pretty good! Sautéing veggies to serve on the ravioli was a real revelation to me a couple years ago. I hated making sauce and a side for something that was supposed to be quick. Now I just sauté whatever we have (sometimes I add a dollop of pesto if we have it) while the water boils.
We watched an odd movie called Beast yesterday. Very creepy and the leads were excellent.
