For breakfast we had hominy and breakfast sausages. It has to be brown and serve for this! An old school Baltimore favorite.
Then very late we had grilled cheese and pickles. The bread was a loaf from Costco that was already a little stale but fine for grilled cheese! We used cheddar and gruyere.
For dinner I made an anchovy fennel potato dish and we heated up the leftover lamb. Good and simple!
I had a bit of a headache but did finish some weaving while watching Great British Menu.
