Matt wasn’t sure how he’d feel for dinner so I went ahead and made the quiche for my lunch. It came out great! I used Ritz crackers as my crust and filled with salmon, spinach and feta (recipe here). We have a lot left so hopefully Matt will feel better tomorrow!
Tomorrow I want to make a cake for his birthday and some dip for my Patreon so easy meals tomorrow would be great.
Matt went to the Italian store and got bread and some roasted turkey so he had a sandwich for lunch and I had one for dinner.
We watched more Hacks. It’s so good!
